Terms and Conditions for Meru Accounting

Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and other financial services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

Meru Accounting provides a variety of financial services, including but not limited to:
Services will be provided as per the specific agreement entered into with the Client.

3. Payment Terms

4. Confidentiality:

Meru Accounting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Client information. We will not disclose any sensitive financial information without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by law.

5. Data Security:

We implement appropriate measures to ensure the protection of data shared by the Client. However, the Company will not be liable for any unauthorized access by third parties unless caused by our gross negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Meru Accounting is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services within 2 days of payment and after that your payment will be initiated and refunded within 15 days. Any outstanding amounts must be settled before cancellation is finalized.

  • Termination by Meru Accounting: We reserve the right to terminate services with immediate effect in case of breach of these terms by the Client or non-payment for services.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

9. Compliance with Laws:

Clients must ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws in relation to the services requested. Meru Accounting will comply with all relevant laws but assumes no responsibility for the Client’s legal obligations outside the scope of services provided.

10. Amendments:

Meru Accounting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
